Mr. Michael Jordan

ABOUT ME

Hello,

My name is Michael Jordan and this will be my 13th year teaching and my second here at Saint Zachary’s. I graduated from Chicago State University with a degree in secondary education and mathematics. I found my love of math and teaching when I was a high school senior. I was working part time in a hospital x-ray file room and one of my coworkers was working toward getting his teaching degree. He was struggling passing the math portion of the basic skills test so I spent several lunch periods tutoring him for the test and he eventually passed.

In my personal life I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. One of my favorite things to do is get together with friends and my brother to play card games. I also enjoy Chicago sports teams and playing RPG video games like the Final Fantasy game series.
