My name is Ms. Marquardt and I am the third grade teacher.  I received my degree from Bradley University and have been teaching for 18 years.  Throughout my career, I have taught many grades, but third grade remains my favorite.

As a Catholic school graduate myself, I am proud to be teaching in a Catholic school.

Math (3rd Grade): This week we will work on multiplying to find area.

Math (4th Grade): This week we will work on reviewing and angles. The unit test will be on Wednesday, May 1.

Reading: This week we will work on connecting words and pictures.

Language Arts: Students will work on shades of meaning.

Spelling: The pattern this week will be changing -y to -i and adding -es. The test will be on Friday, May 3.

Science: This week students will discuss simple machines.

Social Studies: This week we will discuss how the government is organized.
