Tuition & Financial Aid

Invested in your Education

St. Zachary School takes the responsibility of caring and nurturing your children very seriously. Our promise is to offer excellent academic programs that will ensure the best educational investment you can make for your children. Teaching Catholic religion and inspiring the development of our faith is not a value-added service but rather a foundation that is embedded in all class work and social interactions at the school.

We understand that an investment in a quality education can be a sacrifice for many families. Each year our Administration and School Board consider many factors when setting the tuition, including budget, curricular goals and impact on families. St. Zachary School strives to keep tuition reasonable for families while enabling the school to provide the best education possible for our students.

St. Zachary School utilizes Blackbaud Tuition Management for the collection of all tuition payments. Automatic payments will be made by EFT withdrawal or credit card payment and are administered by Blackbaud. Payment arrangements must be finalized prior to July 1st to enroll in the new school year.  A variety of payment plans are available for our families to choose from.

Tuition Assistance

St. Zachary School offers need-based tuition assistance to those families who value a Catholic education and need financial assistance to fulfill their tuition commitment. Blackbaud Financial Aid Management provides an online application for tuition assistance that must be fully completed. Every attempt will be made to secure aid so that no student is unable to attend St. Luke due to a genuine financial hardship. In order for a family to be considered for any tuition assistance, the tuition assistance application and requested forms must be filled out completely and submitted by April 30 for assistance consideration for the next school year.

The actual tuition assistance amount awarded to a family is based upon a number of factors, primarily the information provided on the assistance application, but also the amount of tuition assistance available in the school budget. The amount of assistance awarded is unique to each family. Financial awards are effective for one school year and must be resubmitted on an annual basis. All existing financial commitments must be met in order to qualify for assistance for the following school year.

Illinois Tax Credit Scholarships
